1 Bedroom Apartments
1st, 2nd, and 3rd Floors
1 person occupancy- $990.00 (utilities included)* washer/dryer included.
2 person occupancy ( in 1 bedroom)-$ 1215.00 (utilities included)* washer/dryer included (only one parking space available even if 2 people in a 1 bedroom apartment but Appal Cart picks up at the front door.)
Penthouse Apartments (There is an elevator)
1 person occupancy- $1065.00 (utilities included)* washer/dryer included, reserved parking included.
2 person occupancy- $1290.00 (utilities included)* washer/dryer included, reserved parking included (only one parking space available even if 2 people in a 1 bedroom apartment but Appal Cart picks up at the front door.)
2 Bedroom Apartments
2nd and 3rd floors - $14400.00 (utilities included)* washer/dryer included
4th floor Penthouse- $1490.00 (utilities included)* washer/dryer included, reserve parking included.
*Utilities- Heat/AC/Water/Electricity included, (cable and internet not provided.) The utility allowance for 1 occupant is $55 electricity and $30 for water. The utility allowance for 2 person occupancy is $80.00 electricity and $60.00 water. You will go over the monthly allowance if you run the thermostat up in the winter months or down in late summer months. In the event that you do go over the allowance, you will be billed for the overage.
Rent payments can be dropped in the rent check box in the foyer (no envelope necessary) or you can Venmo me for the Lofts at Margaret-Dillard-3 (if there are any Venmo fees that I incur, I will have to charge to you.) However if you would like to mail the rent check then please mail to:

There is one parking place per bedroom. There is no designated visitor parking. The penthouse apartments have reserved spaces numbered at the front of the building. There is usually no problem with parking, however, visitors may not be able to park in the lot. Occupants are issued a parking sticker so they will not be towed. Appalachian State University owns the other buildings on the street so they have their own parking rules that should be consulted before parking there.
The Lofts has its own parking lot snow removal. The Town of Boone plows University Hall Drive very quickly when there is snow, thus snow is not a problem unless some freakish storm.
The Appal Cart Pink line has a stop at the front door (temporarily suspended for Covid but there is also a stop at the bottom of University Hall Dr) so there is no need to pay for parking on Campus! Appalachian is one mile away from the Lofts and therefore it is easy to bike, walk, or ride the bus to campus.
